We have all heard the horror stories about people who have bought a house that was a lemon – fine on the outdoors, but with critical hidden defects in the inside, that costs thousands to fix. But the shady realtor has ways he can perform on you, the seller, to persuade you to accept a decrease cost in the end. Told my realtor I am prepared to stroll away from it. He was disappointed that we came so close and he attempted to get me up to the 805k. I was showing a two bedroom condo ON THE BEACH that was NOT a short sale but was bank-owned for 54,000 only!

The loan course of action was horrendous and they kept coming up with all of these setbacks for us.
