We have all heard the horror stories about people who have bought a house that was a lemon – fine on the outdoors, but with critical hidden defects in the inside, that costs thousands to fix. But the shady realtor has ways he can perform on you, the seller, to persuade you to accept a decrease cost in the end. Told my realtor I am prepared to stroll away from it.
